Superior Custom Homes performs a 90 day walk through to take care of any service items you discover while getting acquainted with your new home. Finally, a year-end walk-through will be performed to complete our 1 year A-Z cosmetic warranty which includes a year end sheetrock and touch up painting. After that your RWC 2-10 structural warranty begins to ensure comfort and security.
