Superior Custom Homes! Our home was built as promised-attention to detail, timely, quality work, quality sub contractors, quick and thorough response to anything problematic. We would absolutely use this company again! That is a huge statement coming from a build during the pandemic. Special requests-Blake ‘made it happen’ from designing the home through engineering and the actual build there were very few hiccups and if there were, they were addressed and put to bed. Blake has carried the torch for Superior for many years now and his skill and expertise are top notch!! Do not hesitate to have a ‘Superior’ home.

Our beautiful home was built by Superior Custom Homes. We chose them after viewing their Parade Home in October 2020. It was the high quality of the craftsmanship that sold us. Our home was built during the most challenging time, Covid. Our builder, Blake, had to constantly manage shortages of materials, dramatic price increases and a lack of available labor, but he got us to the finish line, through the many challenges, and we are thoroughly enjoying our beautiful home. SCH has been highly responsive to any minor items we have reported. We have seen several homes they built, all with amazing design, creativity and beauty.

We hired Blake for our custom build in 2019-2020. When you call him, he picks up. When you text him, he replies. When you ask to meet at the property, he's there. Not everyone has a good experience when building, but we have no complaints and are very happy and proud with the way our home came out.
